Syia Hotel is a 3* family-run hotel in Sougia. Situated just 200 meters from the beach of Sougia, Syia Hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in southwest Crete. Our guests are particularly impressed by the spaciousness of our rooms, the use of wood, and the eye-pleasing simplicity of colour throughout the hotel. The space Our standard one-bedroom apartment consists of twin beds with orthopaedic mattresses, a large built-in wardrobe, two air-conditioning units, a TV with satellite channels, and a living room with an armchair and a sofa, which converts into a single bed with a real orthopaedic mattress. Moreover, there is free wifi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, table, cups, plates, glasses, and basic kitchen utensils. Lastly, the bathroom is complete with a hair dryer. Size: Between 35 - 45 sqm Maximum Occupancy: 2 Adults and 1 child up to 12 years old, or 2 adults & 1 infant. Baby cots are always on request and there is an extra charge of 15%. More guests or exterior visitors will not be accepted. In addition, guests are those who are mentioned in the booking; all the rest are considered visitors and are not allowed to enter our room. In case of violation, instant check-out may take place. Thank you for your understanding. Beds: Bedroom: Twin beds, which are connected so as to create a "double" bed, or they can be separated for single use. Daily cleaning/room service timetable: 08:00 - 14:00. All of our apartments have a balcony. All of our apartments have external access, and not through the reception of the hotel, providing better privacy. Parking: Our accommodation offers free open-air parking space for up to 7 cars. If our parking space is full, there is a free on-site parking space. Booking a parking space is not possible. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Everything is exactly the same, the only difference is the architecture of those rooms. Guest access Guest will be able to have access to all the part of our accommodation.
