Villa Sumer is a beautiful spacious house with sea views overlooking the Bay of Palma, in a peaceful location The villa sleeps 7 adults and 2 kids Garden with large pool, BBQ, swing seat, garden furniture, tennis table, Balinese bed amazing SUNSETS The house is in a residential quiet area We only rent the villa to responsible GROUPS OVER THE AGE OF 24 Arenal, a 5 km long beach, is a 8 minutes drive. Palma is only 20 m drive Everything included in the price, cleaning & Balearic tourism tax, ECO The space The villa has a big, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a table for 8, TV, sofa, and a patio overlooking the private pool area. The kitchen leads into a large lounge area with sofas and another TV, beyond that, is the veranda that overlooks the front garden. The house has four spacious bedrooms all with air conditioning, one has an en-suite bathroom and two have a sea view. There is a separate bathroom next to the bedrooms. On the lower level there is a shower and laundry room next to a large toy room with toys. Also, 2 single beds (bunk beds). The garden around the house features a large private swimming pool (9mx4.5m), BBQ, swing seat, garden furniture, tennis table. As a family home it is best suited to people who will look after the house as their own. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guest access Only 350 metres from the cliff overlooking the blue bay. Walk down to the sea to enjoy a swim in clear, turquoise water. The house is in a quiet residential area, about half a mile from small shops and restaurants. Only 8 mins drive there is a long beach called Arenal with lots of shops and restaurants. A 25-minute drive takes you to Es Trenc beach, an unspoilt sand bank 3 kilometres long with beautiful fine white sand.
