Cotswolds Broadway/ Chipping Camden, Worcester, M5 & plentiful Trust properties. 35 mins to M40 The space Millstream is designed with comfort, coziness, tranquility & nature in mind. As our guest reviews will tell you, it really does feel like your ‘home from home’. Your detached stand alone barn style annexe is situated privately behind the main Mill house. Your downstairs kitchen has a breakfast bar, two bar stools, all the appliances you could need for full self catering including a dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. Upstairs is your bathroom and open plan living; an expansive space filled with natural light. Two six foot sofas with a large contemporary coffee table and 40 inch smart TV. A double wardrobe has plenty of hanging space & shelves, full length mirror, blankets, books & board games. There is a desk for vanity or laptop use. The bathroom is fully equipped with an electric shower, heated towel rail, bath towels, dressing gowns, toiletries & toilet rolls. The very comfortable Super King Size bed awaits you with cotton sheets and piles of pillows. You can enjoy watching the TV from the comfort of your bed wearing dressing gowns provided. Right outside Millstream cottage is your own private space; expansive parking for two cars and your own garden. This overlooks a mill pond & small waterfall. Enjoy a morning coffee or sundowners sitting here on your outdoor chairs and table. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the extensive gorgeous grounds and waterways that surround the mill. Take the picnic basket provided and picnic in the grounds. Benches scattered around for guests use. The weir is a particularly special place to sit and reflect or even have a paddle! Enjoy watching the butterflies and local heron as he feeds. There are walks to enjoy to next door villages. Five minute drive to excellent pubs , restaurants and shops. Car is needed. Guest access Your key and gate fob for the will be inside the key safe next to your front door. You will drive down a lovely lane to our main gate. This will be open for you. You will pass the owners house & enter into your own private space behind. Park right alongside your cottage with your own parking area, garden and gates. Guests are welcome to cross the ancient bridge and enjoy all of the extensive grounds beyond here anytime. There are lovely walks. Short drives to shops and plenty of restaurants options. Other things to note Two adults only please. No parties. No visitors. No children, no babies, no pets. Thank you. It’s a five minute easy drive to nearest village with an excellent grocery shop open seven days a week until 6 pm! Plenty of pubs, cafes, farm shops, petrol stations & a plethora of dining choices in close proximity by car. Pre-booking pubs & restaurants is always recommended. A car is necessary. There is no public transport. Please note there are no pavements or street lighting. While the entrance and kitchen are on the ground floor guests walk up a short flight of stairs to the upper floor which contains a large open bedroom / living room area. Bathroom is upstairs: it has an electric shower which has gentler water pressure than a mains-fed system but heats quickly and works reliably. Bed and Bedding is anti allergenic. The cushions on the two sofas contain feathers. Two family pets, super friendly Golden retrievers, live with the hosts. Just inform us if you do not want to meet them! There are plenty of footpaths. However being rural these are not well marked and can get overgrown. If planning to explore the countryside outside our property please bring appropriate clothing and footware …. we provide two sets of wellie boots in the cottage but if out exploring in winter months we recommend bring your own and please use your GPS on your phone to avoid getting lost! Please smoke outside the property (cigarettes & vapes only) - ashtrays are provided. Illegal substances including weed/ cannabis are not permitted at all anywhere in the grounds and guests will be asked to leave.
