This small, fine apartment with approx. 50 square meters in the basement of the family house with outdoor seating on a covered terrace and direct access to the garden at ground level - perfect for relaxing. With a wonderful view of the romantic garden and meadows, the small town of Creußen (1 km) is in the immediate vicinity, everything you need is here, 15 km to the cultural city of Bayreuth. Franconian Switzerland, Fichtelgebirge, hiking, several brewery inns an anything else:) The space The closed apartment is fully equipped. The sleeping area with a double bed 180x200 is optically separated by furniture. If necessary, a sofa bed can also be used (1.40x2.0 meters). There is also a dining area in the kitchen area. A corner couch offers the opportunity to relax, read and watch TV. Look the pictures. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance directly from the garden. It is complete. On the covered terrace in front of the apartment you can also eat, relax and enjoy when the weather is nice. Of course the guests get their own key. Please just contact us if you have any questions. Other things to note It is possible to use a charcoal grill or a fire bowl after consultation with the landlord. The covered terrace offers a very nice patio - only herer smoking is permitted. Attention, the volume must be such that the homeowners and neighbors are not disturbed. The night's rest is to be observed.
