The hot tub is provided as a courtesy to our guests free of any charge. In no way shape or form are we able to provide a guarantee of hot tub availability or usage. This is due to guests, power outages, regulations and other issues out of our control. We have a weekly spa service 1-2x a week to clean, balance chemistry and maintain the hot tub. An empty, clean and fill is done once a month. **When temperatures are freezing the Hot tub is unavailable to our guests. For safety purposes the power trips off at freezing temperatures.***
