The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the elegant dining room provides ample space for your group to enjoy meals together. The Sonos speakers throughout the house ensure you can enjoy your favorite music in every room. On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. Downstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms, each with a hanging chair, perfect for a relaxing read or simply taking in the view. The bunk bed room, with its four built-in twin beds, is ideal for children or additional guests. All beds are fitted with custom luxury hotel linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The lower level of the home boasts a game room equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, pool table, and other games, providing endless entertainment options. This level also grants access to an open-air porch, offering shade and fresh breezes while still giving you that close-to-nature feeling. It’s perfect for relaxing and soaking in the surroundings, though it’s intentionally open so you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Texas Hill Country without a barrier in between. Both full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The in-unit laundry, located on the bottom floor, ensures you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the adventure, but note that we don't have a fenced-in area for them. The property features two expansive decks, perfect for taking in the stunning hill country views. One deck is fully open with comfortable furniture and a hanging chair, ideal for soaking in the scenery, while the other is a roof-shaded open-air deck. Designed to be completely open to the fresh air, you’ll feel the gentle Texas breezes and be surrounded by nature, all while enjoying shade from the sun; a perfect spot for evening gatherings or morning coffee, and BBQing! Just a few steps below, the backyard now boasts our brand-new Cowboy Pool. This chic stock-tank plunge pool comes with a built-in heater and chiller, letting you dial up a toasty soak when the nights turn crisp or cool things down after a sun-drenched lake day. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our home is surrounded by nature near Lake Travis. We have professional pest control services and thorough cleaning between each stay, but you may occasionally see harmless insects outdoors or near entryways. Parking is available in both the upper and lower driveways. The upper driveway has an electric vehicle charger available and offers a steep walk down some stairs, while the lower driveway requires climbing 61 steps but provides easier parking. Accessing the home requires climbing a long flight of outdoor stairs that are steep and can be uneven in places. This is a common feature of lakefront properties, but it's definitely a bit of a climb! Please consider this carefully if anyone in your group has mobility concerns. Please note that Lake Travis is a dynamic reservoir known for its fluctuating water levels, designed to capture water during rainy seasons and conserve it during drier periods. Located just 25 minutes from downtown Austin, this home is perfectly situated for exploring the city while enjoying the tranquility of the Hill Country. Also available is parking in the upper lot and also in the back of the home. Need an electric vehicle charger? We have one available for your use in the upper driveway!! Cypress Creek Park is just down the road. There is a public boat ramp as well as many picnic benches. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) Check-in is at 4 PM 2) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 3) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 4) No events or parties 5) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home before your stay. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 7) If you do not check out on time (11 AM), you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay 9) There is a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed on the property. Dirt bikes and other off-road vehicles are not allowed on the property. 10) Trailered boats and personal watercraft are not allowed on the property. They must be parked and left at the Cypress Creek Park. 12) Please respect our neighbors and their property. Do not park or stop on their property. 13) Please minimize the in and out traffic on the lower driveway and close the gate behind you.
