Engulfed in wonderful shrubbery and colourful flowers, the property has a lovely open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor with direct access to the south facing terrace and garden with enough space for the little ones to run around connecting the inside with the outside seamlessly. Trevells has three bedrooms, two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a twin room with two singles and a family bathroom with shower overhead bath, wash basin and WC. Downstairs you will also find a games room equipped with a pool table and futon. This property is the perfect base to enjoy holidays in the much sought after holiday destination of Polzeath, famous for the wonderful surfing beach and rolling green hills. The picturesque Polzeath beach is a lovely 20-minute walk on a public footpath surrounded by wild flowers and fields that goes through the lush valley across the golf course. Polzeath has several lively cafes and delicious seafood restaurants, as well as beach boutiques and surf shops. Additional Information: One well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge).
