The apartment has a living room with a cozy 3-seater sofa, a bedroom with a double bed 160 × 200 and a bunk bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a small hallway. Wi-Fi access to fast DSL (50,000) is available. The 2,500 sqm garden can also be used. The garden is only partially fenced and borders a neighbor's horse paddock.
