The villa is new build in 2018 and has stunning views on all sides. The house offers a private 5x14m. infinity pool, unique rustic architecture and Piemontese atmosphere. Maximum 10 people in the house. 5 double rooms, 3 bathrooms Enjoy the several terraces of the house with the Piemontese hills and the snow-covered Alps in the background. The villa is surrounded by a 13000 m2 wineyard as well as wineyards as far as the eye reaches. The villa is completely new build in 2018, but uses the old stones from the ruin, which was originally a 300 years old vicarage. This gives the house the traditional rustic piemontese style.
