Fully furnished house half for up to 5 people. Approx. 100 m² Living space: 1st bedroom with water bed, 2. Bedroom with large double bed, 1 additional extra bed or 1 baby travel bed if required. 1 bathroom with tub incl. Shower, 1 additional guest toilet, 1 large living room with dining area and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, freezer, washing machine and dryer in the basement. Great garden with covered lounge corner, construction car with sofa bed. Barbecue, bicycle shed, garden loungers... The space I lived in the lovingly furnished house myself with my son until August 2019 and therefore appreciate the details:) The peculiarities of my house are -the beautiful, comfortable waterbed, back-friendly and greatly calmed mattress -the fireplace in the living room: 1 basket of firewood and a chimney sweeper manual are available for you on request -the construction trolley with electricity, lighting, Wi-Fi: can be used as a playhouse, sleeping area or retreat, completely renovated, with sofa bed -protected and covered lounge area in the garden with 2 large mattress sofas (with slatted base, even suitable for overnight stays) - wider seating area in the garden with barbecue Guest access The semi-detached house has on the ground floor a living room with living and dining area, a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a hallway, a guest toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, hallway with play and reading corner, bathroom with tub incl. Shower. 1 storage room and 1 laundry room in the basement are also rented. The garden has several beautiful sitting areas, a beach chair in front of the house as well as a construction car (with sofa bed) as a retreat for reading/relaxing. For bicycles, there is a lockable bicycle shed. Parking spaces for cars as well as covered parking spaces for motorcycles are available.
