The master bedroom boasts a flat-screen Smart TV, private entrance to the main deck, and an en-suite bathroom. Whether you choose to roast marshmallows on the fire pit or go for a walk around the lake, you're sure to make unforgettable memories! With a large yard, 2 decks and an open-floor plan, this house has several gathering spaces perfect for your large group including a pool table in the basement. Our large garage is packed with amenities designed for extended families. In the garage, you’ll find an 2nd full-size fridge and freezer, a wine fridge, plenty of outdoor and yard games, and a full game room with air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, and ping pong. It’s a great spot for friendly competitions and family fun, no matter the weather. Note: During the months of June, July and August this property has a minimum rental of 7 nights with a check in/check out day of Sunday. There are kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat included with this rental. A 50 HP pontoon boat is also available for rent upon request. Guests may also bring their own boat(s) to use or choose to rent boats from a 3rd party. There is a public boat launch across the lake from the house. You must be 25 years old and above to reserve this house and you will be asked to provide a valid ID with age indicated for verification prior to check in. If you are under 25 years old, your reservation will be canceled immediately. The pricing listed is for a maximum of 16 guests. Any additional guests over 16 people will be charged an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night. Parking: DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN!!! There is room for 8-10 cars to park in the driveway, please park on the driveway. You may also park in the woods near the end of the driveway. You may also park along the road, but do not park on the road. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE Outside quiet hours start at 10 PM every night. Our lake house is in a family-oriented neighborhood, with many people who are not on vacation and need to get up early in the morning to go to work and OUR NEIGHBORS ARE QUICK TO CONTACT US OR THE POLICE IF QUIET HOURS ARE NOT RESPECTED.
 HOT TUB RULES: The Hot Tub is located on the basement patio. Please be advised that THERE WILL BE A HOT TUB CLEANING FEE OF $150 CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF THERE IS AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF CLEANING NEEDING TO BE DONE ON THE HOT TUB AFTER YOU CHECK OUT. You can avoid this by following the hot tub rules: RINSE OFF BEFORE GETTING INTO THE HOT TUB: EVERYONE needs to rinse off with the hose and foot tub near the hot tub every time they go into the hot tub DO NOT GO DIRECTLY FROM THE LAKE INTO THE HOT TUB WITHOUT RINSING OFF FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKING THE COVER OFF THE HOT TUB PUT THE COVER BACK ON THE HOT TUB WHEN NOT IN USE.
