My fully renovated old summer house was built in the early '60 and has kept the spirit of the times. Here you will be able to enjoy the peace of the beautiful green yard and be just steps away from the Old town, city beaches, main sights, all at the same time! When you rent my house you will notice that whenever at home, you will spend day & night outside (terrace, pergola, garden...) and will go inside just to sleep. It is that beautiful outside ! Free parking in the center of Budva is a miracle. But here you will be lucky! In my back yard guests can park for free. There is free parking place day & night with gate that closes. Note that usually parking place costs 1 euro/hour. 1 minute walking distance is local bus station connecting Budva with plenty of beaches in surroundings. There is also a taxi station. Position of my house: 2 minutes down the street is Budva Port with plenty of taxi boats, 3 minutes away is Old town, 5-10 minutes walking distance are several Budva local beaches. Plenty of boat lines connect Budva with surrounding beaches and nearby island St.Nikolas, so called Hawaii. Local travel agents will provide you with boat or bus excursions.
