Description
Immaculate cottage with old world detail and large stone patio. Easement to water to enjoy the fantastic Southern Maryland sunsets dipping beyond the Potomac River. Situated in St Mary’s County near Piney Point and St George’s Island. A short walk to Tall Timbers Marina. Boats and polite pets are welcome with prior approval. Central heat & air conditioning, Front-yard fire-pit, Fast Internet, Smart TVs, Cable 2 Plastic Kayaks Fully stocked Kitchen, and bedding Crab net Fish Table The space Two of the three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, the third is furnished as a den with a candle-lit fireplace, smart tv, and sofa-queen-bed. There is also a sofa-queen-bed in the living room. The community of Tall Timbers is a walk back in time; it is a place where kids play, the boats outnumber the cars, and every once in a while a golf cart putters down the quiet street. All guests and pets must be pre registered. Pets are subject to a pet contract. Please send us a note telling us about your plans and what brings you to town. Guest access Exclusive use of the fully stocked getaway home. A waterfront easement from our home to the river bulkhead across the street is just a few steps but does not offer safe water access over the slippery boulders. We can direct you to beaches and fishing favorites. Use of the workshop or cabana is possible with prior arrangements. Plenty of parking for three cars or a boat. Launch is available at the marina for nominal fee. Other things to note The docks across the street are privately owned and not available for our use. We are happy to direct you to public docks, or beaches. Please life vests if you plan to take kayaks for an adventure.
