Levantes, is a beautifully renovated stone house that serves as a guest house of Villa Mevis. The room is located in the center of Paxoi island, close to the village Magazia. Due to its central location, it offers quick and easy access to all points of interest (beaches, villages). The property is surrounded by the scenery of olive groves and traditional masonry. The courtyard offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Lakka Bay and is the ideal destination to enjoy a relaxed vacation. The space Villa Mevis is a carefully renovated cottage which dates back to 1850 and comprises of three stone houses located in a magnificent olive grove. The interior furnishing comprises out of selection of old wooden furniture while the exterior area is stone courtyard which is organised around a central pool/jacuzzi and expands on multiple levels. The main house belongs to a family of architects who started renovating it in 2003 and uses it as a vacation house. Guest access The guest can access the property independently by car or motorbike. They are free to use and enjoy the shared courtyard among the owners or other guests. The courtyard is organized in multiple levels and is big enough to provide room for intimate and private moments.
