With panoramic views of the city and mountains and a peek of the harbor, this welcoming home will provide you with the quintessential Santa Barbara vacation! You enter the property through old Mesquite Gates and descend to the private courtyard, complete with a fountain, citrus trees, and barbecue. This is a perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or a casual dinner. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full ensuite bath, and at the other end of the house, the secondary bedroom has a queen bed and a full private bath. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a Viking range and professional appliances for any discriminating cook. On the view side of the property, you will find a terrace and "sit-in" stone fire pit with stunning vistas of the city and mountains. The property also has a Casita that can accommodate two more persons. It includes an extra-long twin trundle, a private bath, and a secluded terrace with mountain and city views. (Please note that the Casita is never rented to a separate party and is only available upon request. Additional rates may apply.) The home is less than a 7-minute drive from the beach or downtown and features two flat-screen TVs with satellite HD service, internet access, central heating, and off-street parking.
