Casale Lorenzo with its beautiful fenced park and a large swimming pool (dim. 15 x 8 m. - depth 1,00 - 2,40 m.) with changing room and bathroom with shower, shaded parking, barbecue and wood-burning oven, offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The small village of Subbiano, endowed with shops and resturants, is 3 km away. On hot summer days we recommend a trip to the nearby Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder. Villa and the equipment. The villa is equipped with luxury amenities, air conditioning, billiard room, large well-equipped kitchen with internal barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access, satellite TV. Furnishing, composed of local antiques, offers countless corners to relax and enjoy a good book: in the large living room on the ground floor with the old fireplace, in the intimate sitting room on the first floor, or under the beautiful porch, where a duly equipped area offers the opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining. An extra touch, according to our customers, comes from the very friendly welcome of the owners, always careful to make you feel at home. Even your small size four-legged friends are welcome here. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
