"The Annex, Oxhill"

Set in a charming village, with field views and a pretty garden , on the edge of the Cotswolds & close to Stratford-upon Avon the Annex is an ideal base for adults for a leisure break with plenty of walking, shopping & sightseeing nearby (see guide book). Or for working away from home. Modern and stylish with 2 bedrooms, light open plan downstairs, well equipped kitchen, comfy living area, smart TV & Internet. Village pub short walk, restaurants, takeaways in the locality. The space The front door opens into a large open plan lounge and kitchen area offering beautiful interrupted views of the countryside. Well equipped kitchen, offering integrated full size oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster making this a home from home experience. You can have a cuppa, glass of wine or dine at the kitchen table which can seat up to 4 people or the breakfast bar area that seats 2 people. The lounge has two settees, coffee tables, smart TV and Internet access. There is an open space to hang coats and a shoe box under the stairs. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). Each bedroom has hanging and shelving space, dressing table and mirror and bedside lights. Your bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. All bedlinen and towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided for your stay. Your welcome pack will include: tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, milk, and biscuits. Guest access The Annex has its own front and back doors. There is a shared drive at the front of the property and to the rear a pretty garden with plenty of shared space to sit out and relax.
