You're booking a private room within a two-bedroom apartment and other common areas, not the entire apartment. The space is ideal if you're looking for a place to write, to be relaxed and calm. Not suitable for any type of party or gathering. The apartment is on the fifth floor, it does not have an elevator, but believe me, your heart and legs will thank you! Other things to note The apartment has solar panels, we like plants, we separate organic from inorganic garbage, we trust in doing our part to take care of the planet. We value the tranquility of being in a peaceful space (not to mention that sometimes the neighbor is inspired and sings, but usually there is tranquility).
