Cosy eco-friendly cottage, rural but near the sea

Le Petit Poisson Vert (The Little Green Fish) used to be an old barn, which we transformed into a cosy, eco friendly and comfortable cottage (max 4 pers), close to the sea and in the middle of wood and farmlands. The space Home & Garden The B&B is situated next to our own house with a view over the farmlands. In the enclosed garden you can enjoy the silence, the singing of the birds and the sun. Eco & Co To rebuild the barn, we used a lot of recuperated and local wood, we worked with straw, stones, wood chops, chalk and saw dust, We made our own paint and managed to decorate the cottage almost entirely with brocante and lovely second-hand and self-made furniture Upstairs & Downstairs Downstairs: a spacious open kitchen with stove, oven, dish washer and a lot of utensils, pots, pans and crockery, a nice seating area with a very comfortable sofa. a well filled library (English, Dutch and French books and magazines), a utility corner and a toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), 1 bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm), a matress bed on the floor (190x90cm), baby cot are optional, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The beds are made upon arrival and the towels in the bathroom are ready to use. Guest access You will have the cottage to yourself, as well as the garden. If you would like to have a stroll in our garden to watch the chickens, be our guest! Other things to note Prices & Possibilities During the summer months (July/August), we only rent on a weekly basis. However, during the for and after season, a shorter stay or a stay based on B&B is possible with a minimum stay of 3 nights (breakfast 8€pppd). Bikes are at your disposal: € 8 per day per bike. In the winter season (approx Oct-Mar), depending on the weather, we will ask you a contribution to the heating costs with a maximum of €10 per day
