We, Blanca, Micha and family dog Merlin, rent a room in Senden. From the beginning, we live the basic idea of AirBnB, make yourself at home. If you are passing through, coming to a seminar or on vacation, the room is perfect for you. The train station is a good 10-15 minutes' walk. LEGOland is only 25-30 minutes away. We are very open and warm people and rent our places in this way. We look forward to seeing you! The space The living space is about 12 m² and offers a modern French bed (160 cm) and a desk with 2 chairs. With a private bathroom. If the weather permits, the garden and the large terrace can also be used. In appropriate weather, we like to serve breakfast outdoors. We have an ozone device to thoroughly eliminate all odors or any viruses and bacteria that may be present in the environment. Guest access Access to the room is right next to the house entrance. The bathroom is right across the street. That's where we welcome our guests! Breakfast is served in the shared dining room or on the terrace. During your stay There is always someone in the house, so you are welcome to ask us if you want to know something. Other things to note The room is located in a quiet residential area from which you can reach the 5-10 minutes' walk directly on the shopping mile. The most important shops are on site. Senden itself has approx. 23,000 inhabitants and also offers some restaurants to eat. If you like to exercise, it is less than 200 m from our house to nature and you can jog or walk. Senden also has a swimming pool, quarry lakes, tennis and ice skating facilities. Ulm itself has the highest church tower in the world and it is really wonderful to climb up there and see the Alps. Our surroundings also offer a lot.
