Our beloved, modern furnished holiday villa, with breathtaking views of the brown corner and the surrounding mountain range, invites 4-10 people to a relaxing and relaxing holiday. The Brauneckbergbahn is only a few minutes away by car, as is the city center of Lenggries. Whether the Alps, Isarwege, nature or swimming pools, toboggan runs, ski resorts or cross-country skiing routes, the surrounding area offers everything that makes a nature-loving holiday heart beat faster. The space In the house there are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, each with 1.40 m double beds. Another sofa bed in one of the bedrooms offers additional sleeping options. Please note that, as can be seen in the pictures, there are currently no options for darkening in the bedrooms. The luxury bath on the upper floor offers next to the bathtub, a rain shower with shower jets. The second bathroom on the ground floor contains a urinal in addition to the shower and toilet. A gallery with rocking chairs separates the bedrooms from the dining room. The dining room is very open with high ceilings and many windows. From the large table for 8-10 people you have a view of the beautifully located mountain range. In the large, open kitchen you will find a stove with four hotplates, oven, fridge, coffee maker, an electric kettle, toaster, a dishwasher and a microwave. Kitchen utensils are available for 10 people or more. Another small living room with TV, invites you to relax with its wood decoration and offers a fantastic view of the Brauneck through the large window front. For further fun, the pool table in the attached billiard room. Duelle can be delivered here with different sized queues. Washing machine with built-in dryer is available along with laundry detergent. A small freezer is also available. 2 terraces always offer the opportunity to sit in the sun, one of which is covered for rain. On lukewarm summer days, you can grill here with the large grill (charcoal) at your disposal. In addition, a sitting area in the garden overlooking the Brauneck offers another way to enjoy your vacation. Other things to note *We ask for your understanding that no celebrations are allowed in the interest of our neighborhood and the night rest should be observed from 10pm.* Notes: Our holiday villa is in the countryside next to a farm. This means that you can hear the cows (predominantly during milking times). In addition, there are therefore flies, especially on summer days. In winter, the driveway can be difficult to navigate due to snow and smoothness. We have 2 parking spaces below the driveway, but we cannot guarantee that these are cleared. Similarly, we cannot guarantee that the pathway to the house will be cleared and scattered upon your arrival and will not assume any liability in the event of any accidents. As you can see in the pictures, we have a whirlpool pool in the garden. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate this for organizational reasons. Therefore, it is also not mentioned in the listing. The use of the whirlpool is prohibited! Due to repeated unauthorized use, the pool area is now video monitored. Due to some bad experiences, we are unfortunately no longer able to allow dogs.
