Summerhouse On the dike

This summerhouse is located on the Vinkeveense plassen. Only 20 minutes drive from Amsterdam and Utrecht. A house that is only reachable by boat that is included with the price. The house has a big garden, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. It's right on the lake so you can have a swim in it. The space The interior is spacious and cosy. You have a TV, a complete kitchen, big garden with chairs and a table. Upstairs you have 2 bedstee's( Boxbed's. ) Those are old fashion ways to sleep in and how the people slept back in the days. You have also a 2 persons beds downstairs and 2 x 1 persons bed upstairs. The cottage includes towels, bed linen and bed-making. You have a bathroom with toilet,sink and shower. There is a possiblilty to sleep with 7 persons. Extra costs are € 30,00 per night. *Kitchen - In the kitchen there is a senseo coffeemachine. So you need senseo coffee pads. - In the kitchen there is a combi oven. A microwave and oven in one. *Washing You can get your laundry done at our reception for € 9,00. What is available: *In the house, -Equipped with bed linen, towels and large bath towels. -Pepper, salt. -Fridge and little freezer for own use. - Dishwasher - Service set with cleaning cloths, trashbag, 1 dishwasher cub,toiletpaper. Everything you need for the first hours/day. -Toilet paper (two rolls) What is useful to take with you: -Convenient to bring cups for the nespressomachine. Good to know: Between 23:00 and 07:00 there is an evening / night rest in the park. A Boat is included in the rent. There is a possibility to upgrade to an other boat. please ask at the reception for the availability. Guest access The whole house and gardeb is only for you. Other things to note - The tourist tax is not included in the price. This is because it depends on with how many persons you are. We will arrange it when you arrive. Cost are € 3,00 per person per night. - We have a deposit on the house of € 150,00. You will pay it when you arrive and you will get it back by bank transfer. We have to check the house first and if everything is left as it should be we transfer your money back. - When you check out you need to ; empty the dishwasher, empty the fridge and turn it off, take of the bedsheet and throw away the trash in the big grey container in the harbour. If you don't do this we have to charge € 25,00 from your deposit. - Always us the bedsheets we provide. If you don't use them we charge € 7,50 extra because we have to wash the quilt and pillow. - You can't use a bbq that's directly on the grass or make a fire. You can rent one from us or bring one yourself that high from the ground. - No loud music from 23:00 till 07:00! Think about the neighbours.
