Our farm offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, while the old Gelderland farmhouse has retained its rustic appearance. The house can accommodate 13 people. The space The house has a private entrance, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area for thirteen people and an open kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a sleeping loft. There is another double room downstairs. The house has two bathrooms downstairs (shower, shower/bathtub and 2x toilet) and upstairs a toilet with sink. Guest access On the nearly 4-hectare estate, you will find a forest full of old trees and a large pond. You will be awakened by the many birds that can be heard in the area. Away from the hustle and bustle and the city, you can enjoy being together in peace and quiet and enjoy nature, or play a game of tennis on the old tennis court. Our farm is also the perfect base for those who are looking for some entertainment outside the property. For example, the farm is close to nature reserves, such as Montferland, where you can enjoy hiking and biking. Cities such as Doetinchem (10 minutes) and Arnhem (25 minutes) are also nearby. The beautiful old IJssel area with towns such as Laag Keppel, Doesburg and Bronckhorst is within easy reach, and if you want to cross the German border, nice villages such as Elten are also within easy reach. Other things to note Please note: Sound carries far. Despite the fact that the Malvahof is completely secluded on a large property, it is not permitted to have loud music playing outside and/or to make a lot of noise outside after 10 PM.
