Our farm offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, while the old Gelderse farm has retained its rustic look. The nature house is suitable for 10 people. The space The nature cottage has its own entrance, spacious living room with fireplace, dining area for ten people and a kitchen-living room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and one large sleeping loft. The house has two bathrooms downstairs (shower, shower/bath and 2x toilet) and upstairs a toilet with sink. Guest access On the estate of 4-hectare you will find a forest full of old trees and a large pond where you can enjoy swimming or fishing. You will be woken up by the many birds that can be heard in the area. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy yourself here in peace and enjoy nature, or a game of tennis on the old tennis court. Also for the people who are still looking for some distraction outside the premises, our farm is the perfect base. For example, the farm is close to nature reserves, such as Montferland, where you can enjoy hiking and biking. Also cities such as Doetinchem (10 minutes) and Arnhem (25 minutes) are nearby. The beautiful old IJssel area with cities such as Laag Keppel, Doesburg and Bronckhorst is at your fingertips, and if you want to cross the German border, nice villages such as Elten can also be reached quickly. Other things to note Note: Noise carries far. Despite the fact that the Malvahof is completely free on a more than 3 hectares of land, it is not allowed to have loud music outside and/or make a lot of noise outside after 10 pm.
