The space The cottage is in a wooded area behind the main house with full access to the lake. It has an open layout with a large living room that connects to the kitchen and stairs to the bedroom loft. The bathroom has a roomy shower and plenty of hot water. Guest access Guests share the lakefront deck with the owners. They may also use the firepit between the main house and the lake while following safety precautions. Other things to note The cottage is across the street from the Bluffside Farm Vermont Land Trust property with hiking trails and a walking/bike path which connects the Town of Newport to the Canadian border.
