Located in direct proximity of Benfled town center and a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station, you will stay in a bright 55m² apartment completely renovated on the 1st floor of the owners' residence. With 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a shower room with WC, you will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay and quiet. Basic necessities are provided, as well as sheets and towels. The kitchen area is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. You will be seduced by the bias of the owners for a quality renovation, respecting the architecture and the spirit of the house with a neat and original decoration! Ideally located to discover Alsace, you will be on the Strasbourg-Colmar axis, 20 minutes from the Alsatian capital, 25 min from Colmar and Riquewhir, 15 min from Sélestat and Obernai or 30 min from Europapark. On site, you will have all the amenities of the city center with bakeries and restaurants within 300m and a supermarket within 800m. In summer, you will have access to a private terrace (available from July 2020), which will allow you to take your meals or relax in a green and sunny setting.
