Newly built townhome approx. 2500 sq. ft. in beautiful Bucks County. You'll find our home very clean, with inviting decor & quiet for a good night's sleep. Please follow the house rules & keep nouse to a minimum. We do have 2 small dogs, they're both friendly & well behaved so they will not enter your room. The room is beautifully decorated w everything you need - bed, desk, mirror, closet & comfy chair. ***Please be sure to mark ALL DATES you plan to stay when submitting your request*** The space 1BR on 3rd floor of beautiful newly built townhome. There is a full-sized wrought-iron daybed in the room (not sofabed). A computer with desk, comfy chair and a welcome box with amenities for you to use. Guest access Hall bathroom, 2nd floor living room and we will make room for you to store any drinks or snacks in the fridge. Can use the microwave for heating up food but no cooking, please. During your stay I am a friendly and outgoing person; however. I will not bug you...if you want to chat, though, I am always looking forward to connecting with new people. Please remove your shoes when entering our home. Please limit shower time to 7-10 minutes max. After using the bath mat, please place back over the side of the tub to dry. For guests staying more than 3 nights, if you need to do laundry, please ask & we can arrange access to use the washer & dryer.
