Cozy, quiet apartment in the old town

The apartment is located on a quiet street in the old town of Bad Nauheim. The city center and the spa park are only 10 minutes away, the train station approx. 20 minutes on foot. The space The apartment (56 m²) has a living room with a 39-inch LED TV and two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area with all the important utensils (fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), egg cooker, oven, microwave, radio), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom also has a 32-inch LED TV. Up to 4 people can stay at the apartment. Important: The apartment is not completely self-contained!!! The rooms of the apartment are connected on the ground floor via the hallway. On the 1st floor lives a permanent tenant, who always has to share the hallway on the ground floor and the staircase, as there is only one staircase. All doors are lockable. The bathroom can be reached via the staircase and belongs exclusively to the guests of the apartment. In summer there is an outdoor seating area in the courtyard. Wi-Fi is also available. The rental period must be at least 2 days. Whether you are a Frankfurt trade fair guest, congress or seminar visitor, businessman or installer, you are welcome. Spa guests are of course also welcome, but the city of Bad Nauheim charges a tourist tax of €3.30 per day per person (from 7 years). It is paid in cash at check-in against a receipt, which is paid to the state treasury at the end of the month. Other things to note In Bad Nauheim there are numerous good restaurants and many shops. The supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.
