Tranquillity. Quietly retreat into a bygone era (with modern amenities) at our Listed Victorian home, set in tall forests teeming with bird life, 2.1km from the swimming beach and all amenities, describes Royston Hall best. We have a swimming pool and a wrap around veranda with exquisite views. Each suite is individually decorated and has high ceilings. It comes equipped with a TV, tea & coffee station and a small fridge. This suite has a full private bathroom and a balcony. The space Royston Hall Guesthouse is a listed Historical home, situated on the South Coast in a private lush nature reserve in Umtentweni, 2km's from the swimming beach, near Port Shepstone. There are many tourist attractions and Restaurants nearby - but at the house you will have perfect tranquility and silence, enhanced by the prolific bird life. Guest access While in residence you are welcome to utilize both the formal as well as the pajama lounge, the swimming pool and the wrap around Victorian veranda. Braai (BBQ) facilities can be made available on request, as is cutlery and crockery. There are forest walks the guests can meaner along down to the river, inland or all the way past the Port Shepstone Country Club to the Whale Deck overlooking the Indian Ocean. Other things to note The house is situated in tall Coastal forest and secluded and serene. We have two Great Danes who are called away and closed up away from the guests if they don't like dogs. A private railway line runs intermittently through a tunnel on the property. This has only ever been seen as a curiosity by guests and not a hindrance.
