Literally seconds from the airport, this newly renovated private lower apt has 2 bedrooms w/ 2 queen beds, powered night stands, 55" smart TV, high speed internet, 1 full bathroom, dining room that seats 6, full kitchen w/ gas stove/new fridge & dishwasher, & shared washer/dryer downstairs w/ our lovely full time tenant upstairs. We lived here 20 years ago & we're excited to share this reno project w/ you! The space The space is an open floor plan where you can easily interact with your guests. Every room has retractable black out blinds to use however you like. Feel free to take pics with our huge wall mural and any other memorabilia we have on the walls! Guest access The 1st floor is entirely yours and private. There are a few spaces that are shared with our upstairs tenant like the basement laundry, front porch and yard. Other things to note For parking, guests can use the driveway but have to be single file along the left side of the driveway as close to the trailer as possible, or when the trailer isn’t there, there will be more room. The right side of the driveway is for our tenant.
