The accommodation is suitable for families with children, couples, business travelers and fitters. The space The apartment is modern with vinyl floors. The apartment was renovated in January 2020. The bathroom is divided into three parts: a bathroom with tub and sink, a toilet with hand basin and a room with shower. The kitchen is also new with 4 hobs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The apartment has a balcony where smoking is allowed. No smoking inside the apartment. If smoking in the apartment, we charge an extra cleaning fee of € 500. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal (about 90 sqm). The apartment is on the 4th floor and is only accessible via stairs. Other things to note The apartment is in the center of Dorsten, so you can hear the sounds of the city (car traffic). Very sensitive guests may have problems with car noise and should bring earplugs if necessary.
