Large holiday home + garden for 12 people in the Harz!

You want to meet up with your family or friends again. Then this large beautiful vacation home with a large garden is just the thing for you! It is 250 m² of comfort and has been completely restored, renovated, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated by us. Our vacation home has 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, top floor). It has a total of 10 bedrooms. Furthermore, it has 4 bathrooms as follows: 3 x shower bathrooms with toilet, 1 x shower bathroom without toilet and 2 x guest toilet. The space The layout of our large vacation home is as follows: Ground floor: Large chic living room with 1 sofa bed, 3 couches (also usable as sofa beds), a large modern kitchen, large beautiful dining room with large dining table overlooking the garden and magnificent views - the 3 rooms are open-plan. 2 bedrooms: 1 x bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 x bedroom with double bed and 1 x guest toilet and a shower room without toilet 1st floor: 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Furthermore: 1 guest toilet, 1 x shower bath with toilet Attic: 4 bedrooms: 3 x bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 x bedroom with a double bed and 2 x shower bathrooms with toilet. All bedrooms and lounges are heated with infrared heat and have a flat-screen TV (ground floor + 1st floor). Our beautiful large garden with garden shed, a large grill and plenty of seating invites you to a cozy get-together outside. Guest access You can unload your luggage right in front of the house or in the driveway and 300 meters away there is a large free parking lot (Kirchplatz via Glück-Auf-Weg) Please do not park opposite and in the driveway, this is unfortunately prohibited! Other things to note You can optionally book bed linen packages (bed linen and towels) for €15 per person (the beds are not made). Our final cleaning fee is €170, which is already credited to your booking.
