Large funky villa 25 minutes from Bergen

Functional villa 20-25 min drive from Bergen city center. From the 2nd floor of the house there is a beautiful view of Bergen city. 5 min drive to speedboat Kleppestø kai that goes to Bergen city center. You arrive in the middle of the city and are a short distance to the fish market and the popular Fløibanen. The space Central Villa in a quiet neighborhood. Here you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The house has 2 large terraces on both floors where both have views of Bergen city. From the house's terrace on the 2nd floor, which is also under the roof, you have a beautiful view of Bergen City. The house has a living room on each floor with associated TV. There is also TV in 3 of the 5 bedrooms. You can easily use cromecast and watch what you want. There is 1 bathroom with shower, toilet on each floor. On the 1st floor there is a double shower. On the second floor there is a bathtub and shower. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap and toilet paper. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are equipped with 2 bedside tables. The beds are in the following sizes; 120 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm, 160 cm, and 180 cm. Some of the bedrooms have cabinets or dressers for storing clothes. Toys that are out are welcome to be used if you have children who want to play :-) The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. You have free access to spices and oils. Washing cloths and more. There are 2 dishwashers. There are some drawers and cupboards in the kitchen that are marked private. There are dishes/glasses that are of importance to us. The guest will not miss anything though. In the kitchen there is a dining area for 10 people. Plenty of room to eat dinner and breakfast. If you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, it is just as quick to set the table outside as inside as there is direct access from the kitchen to the garden. In the garden there is also a small garden room, pergola with sofa group and fireplace table, jacuzzi, and dining group for 10 people. There are also 2 sunbeds and a parasol. A cozy garden with a small lawn. The laundry room has several drying racks, washing machine and dryer. Parking space for 4 cars. Garage is not included in the rental. Cars can be parked in front of the garage. There are 2 apartments in the basement of the house that have their own driveway and entrance. The house is built so that you will not notice them. We have rented out to many nice guests and are looking forward to renting out to more. The house is perfect whether you are many or few. The house has some private cabinets, which most people have when they rent out their home. These will not affect the guests' stay. Other things to note We would like to remind guests that this is our home. There will be some cabinets and drawers that are marked private. In the kitchen, some drawers are marked private that we do not want to be used. This does not mean that the guest is missing any equipment or cabinet space. It will not be a problem for the guest or go beyond their stay :-) The bedrooms have wardrobe space. We have hangers in one bedroom upstairs. In the master bedroom there is a closet with hangers. Toys that are out are very welcome to be used, there are duplo and brio train track equipment in large boxes in the laundry room. These have wheels and can easily be brought out. In the house there will also be an information booklet with additional information such as wifi, emergency medical services and more.
