The space A perfect retreat for couples, friends and families alike, where you can take a relaxing soak in the hot tub or explore the Norfolk Broads and Norfolk’s amazing coastline. All rooms look out onto the enclosed private courtyard, some with full height windows and French doors. The Drawing room is comfortable and soothing with TV, Wood burner and Library of Books and DVD's, plus games. The Dining room is traditional and we can arrange for professional catering for that special occasion, (why should Mum cook all the time). Bedrooms are spacious, 1 King Ensuite with Jacuzzi Bath , 2 doubles, 1 triple, 1 twin and 1 single. 2 further modern shower rooms with WC and 2 further separate WC's. The Conservatory is bright and relaxing, a favourite with Grandparents, the Kitchen is fully equipped and the hub of the house, where everyone likes to gather, with another wood-burner and all you would expect. There is a separate utility with washing and drying machines and a separate drinks fridge for your wines and beers etc., all the outside cushions and games are also stored here together with your HOT TUB towels. Plus room for your shoes and an assortment of slippers that you are welcome to use and dispose of. Pop outside to the enclosed Courtyard with comfy seating and further seating and Alfresco dining for 12. The Hot tub is also in the courtyard away from prying eyes, we recommend using the footbath to help keep it clean and a lifting device to help remove the lid. The Hot Tub will hold 6-8 people, has coloured underwater lights and powerful jets. If this wasn't enough, you have the main garden of the property with trampoline, swing, table tennis darts and basketball. Also plenty of room for football or other sports. Outside seating and table. Great views across the fields to Ranworth and a nice walk to the Broad and Pub, or go the other way to the Brewery at Woodbastwick. Guest access Space to park 6 cars, space for ball games and walking.. There is a great taxi service but you are only 15 minutes from many interesting places and the City of Norwich ..The coast and beaches are just a 30 minute drive.. The trains run from Norwich, Acle and Brundall to London and the coast, also a great place to bring your bikes.. The whole property is yours, you are not overlooked and the fields spread out in front of the barn. Other things to note This is a large property and you can come and stay for a day or weeks, but we have a minimum charge of to cover the costs of the extensive cleaning and laundry and bath, hand and hottub towels for 12, also refilling of the hottub which we do after each guest leaves. Lodge Farm Barn, is a charming converted barn which has been a family home for many years with great space and comfort, close to Beaches and in the Broads National Park. Guests enjoy the relaxation and the space and often remark that it is more than they could have hoped for. We clean to a high standard and hope that this is to your standard and expectations, my wife and I are a phone call away if you have any requests or problems, we will arrange at your convenience to attend the hot tub and check the chemicals, we are not intrusive but want to make sure you enjoy your stay and respect the furnishings and building as you would your own.
