Self contained suite - 3 min walk to train station

The annex is attached to our house but is private with its own entrance, parking, and small outside area. Best as a suite of rooms: double bedroom, shower room and separate living room/kitchenette. Can be set up with an extra adult Aerobed. Or we can provide 2 camping air beds for children. Great for couples but families welcome. Would also suit a lone guest. 3 minute walk to station with regular trains to London Victoria (1hr) and Brighton (10mins). Not suitable for construction workers. The space Your own private access provides entry through a (locked) side gate and then through patio doors into your living room. There is a secure area outside (with seating) where you can leave bikes and off road parking when you arrive. The bedroom and living room are linked by your shower room which has a door into both rooms. Versatile accommodation: we can provide up to two blow up single air beds for children (complete with bedding) which can be put either in the double bedroom (in addition to the double bed) or in the living room/kitchenette. Alternatively the living room/kitchenette can be furnished with a comfortable, single sized Aerobed, suitable for an adult. You are welcome to bring your own travel cot too and there is room for this in either the bedroom or living area. The kitchenette has a toaster, kettle, microwave, tabletop hob with mini oven (the hobs take a little while to heat up) and a small fridge. Please be aware of these cooking limitations if you are planning an extended stay. Guest access As this is a 'self-contained' suite of rooms there is very limited access to the rest of the house. However, a utility room can be made available by arrangement with a washing machine and tumble drier. Other things to note Please note that this is a non-smoking household. We have two primary school children so please expect the normal noise levels associated with family life.
