If you are in town for a short term (1 month min) gig, this place is for you! Newly renovated apartment in the heart of Bowling Green includes common area living room. Two hospitals within 3.5 miles! . Free laundry. Private kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. No Smoking, Pets allowed with advance approval (Extra charge). We also own the nearby Tyler Adams House (sign in photos). Our high cleaning fee is designed to encourage longer stays. Travel nurses on a 3 month contract will find us ideal. The space This space includes four dedicated rooms, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a TV in each bedroom, but we have "cut the cord" and offer a selection of over the air channels. Our attitude is that our guests come to Bowling Green to do more than watch TV, so we save you the cost of expensive cable service. Guest access You are free to use the shared living room, and the laundry in addition to your own apartment. Note that the living room is shared common space, so it is subject to entry at any time. Please refrain from sleeping or any other activities that you consider private in the common room. Other things to note Listed price (before your service fee) includes the following local taxes: - Warren County Transient Room Tax (2%) Note that most hotels add these taxes to their quoted price. We do not, it is already included. When comparison shopping in Bowling Green please take this into account. Please be aware that although your unit will be clean with clean linens when you arrive, we do not offer daily maid service. We allow you to do these duties yourself and save money. We do have complementary washers and driers in case you need to wash clothes or linens during your stay. We are not set up to provide meals. However, you are free to use our kitchens to prepare your own. Other guests will share the common room and laundry rooms. Each apartment has its own lock, and there is a video surveillance system of the outside areas of the building to help assure your safety. If you need to check out late or check in early, please let us know. We can usually accommodate you, but we do need to know.
