Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. Bicycles to borrow and lots of stunning views to discover around the corner. If you have young children or old knees please note all bedrooms are located on the upper level. Shower and toilet located on both levels. Guest access We offer a number of bikes for our guest to borrow to get around in this beautiful rural area. Parking space with charger for electric vehicles. Other things to note "To visit Sweden and Dalarna without having seen Tällberg is like attending a wedding without having seen the bride". Please note that the bedrooms are located on the upper level and the stairs have no gate. We are environmentally conscious and ask all our guests to recycle all garbage – separate bins for this purpose are located on the farmstead. We also want to let you know that the local tap water is fine for drinking, there is no need to buy bottled water if you don’t want to. The house is electrically heated and in winter guests are welcome to use the traditional fireplaces for extra heating.
