Peaceful Downtown Cottage -

Be our guest at our darling cottage on the old westside of Downtown Carson City. You will find a 1-bedroom with a queen bed, and the living room couch has full-size pull-out. This is a quiet neighborhood where most of the sounds you hear are the birds singing. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, live entertainment, casinos, museums, art galleries, and more! Lake Tahoe and Reno are a quick 25 minutes away. I consider our house to be a tiny home. Nice private backyard to enjoy. The space The cottage is located very close to the Brewery Arts Center, which is hosting summer outdoor concerts under the stars until 10 p.m. every Saturday through the summer. Guest access There are two outdoor areas to enjoy. The front has a sitting area, and the backyard is completely fenced for your privacy and has outdoor dining and a BBQ. Other things to note PLEASE BE AWARE: When you make the reservation, you agree to the terms that there is a strict no-pet rule. Guests who bring in unauthorized pets that have not been pre-approved by the host will be charged a $500 weekly fee, as I am severely allergic to pet dander. I appreciate your understanding. My office is attached to this home but has private and separate entrances. There are two bedrooms, and the bathroom access is through the second bedroom.
