Vacation home by the lake / bird's nest

The cottage on Lake Hofsee was built around 1795 as an old restaurant. Today it is a listed building. The half-timbered house is located on a large lake, which directly adjoins its own garden. The property size is about 2000 square meters. Two apartments (the guest room and the hunting room) are on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a third apartment, as well as two other bedrooms. The space The bird's nest on the first floor sleeps 4 people. Bedroom with double bed and a triple room, a living room with kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. On request, the apartment is possible with an extra bed on the 1st floor. There is a double room (extra bed €20/person/day) and a quadruple room (from €15/person/day) available. Linens, towels and rowboat are included Guest access The garden (fenced) leads to the lake, here there is a bathing jetty, a few meters away also a shallow bathing spot. Other things to note Fishing on the lake is possible. A fishing license is available from the municipality and a fishing permit from the fishing club. The corresponding form is in the apartment.
