USNA - 5 miles away and Families LOVE this house! The home is ranch style with hardwood floors, new carpeting and some new furnishings; a large screened in porch with a large table and ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom is the den a day bed . Although the house has a somewhat obstructed view of the Bay, this is a wonderful location and short drive to Historic Annapolis Downtown. If you have your own kayaks or a canoe the Little Magothy is a short walk from the house and a very calm and scenic water way. HISTORIC ANNAPOLIS is approx. 7 miles away, and easily reached by traveling Rt. 50. The property holds 5 people comfortably and has 2 full bathrooms and an outside shower. Parking: Plenty of parking with 2 spots available in the driveway, and 2 street side. This is a non smoking home. No House parties and no parties at the private community beach.
