The Pippins, Old Cleeve

The Pippins is a spacious detached bungalow in charming Old Cleeve, sleeping two in one bedroom which can be made up as a super-king or twin beds (please advise at booking if singles are required). The property benefits from gas central heating and double glazing throughout, with electricity and heating costs included in the price. The space There is a comfortable lounge with dining area, a south-facing conservatory, a fully fitted kitchen with adjoining utility room for storing walking boots, and a spacious bathroom with both bath and separate shower unit. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided, along with a welcome supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, salt and pepper mills, some cleaning materials and toilet rolls to get you started. Outside, directly in front of the property there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. To the rear is a private, enclosed garden, with wider grounds shared with a neighbouring self-catering cottage and the main house, giving plenty of space to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Off-road parking is available in an allocated space within the grounds, opposite the property. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a supplement of GBP 25 per dog per stay. Dogs must be kept off the furniture, not left unattended, and kept on a lead outside the property and enclosed garden (they may go off-lead within the private rear enclosure). Guests should ensure flea and tick treatment is up to date and are welcome to bring a dog bed and towels. The property is strictly non-smoking and is not suitable for children under 14. As a ground-floor bungalow, it may suit guests with limited mobility, though it is not wheelchair accessible. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The Pippins is available for week-long stays and short breaks, and the owners would love to welcome guests over Christmas, with a tree provided on request.
