The flat is on the south side of the Thames river in a quiet area, 1km from Erith train station. Local buses within 100m from location. Erith centre at 900m from location. Pub and local shops within 100-200m. Local car service garages within 200m. Security camera on the front of the property covering car park as well. No smoking, no parties. Free parking The space The flat is located on the south side of Thames river, close to Erith centre. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with me. Customers are welcome to prepare their food in kitchen, and they can serve it in living room, because of the small size of the kitchen. Guest access Bathroom and kitchen are shared.
