It is in a small square, with ample parking (free of charge) on a cul-de-sac where the traditional Hansl Restaurant operates. Breakfast is served at the guest's request. Private entrance. The space Joatinga is a residential condominium of quiet streets, where you can walk at any time of the day or night, with large mansions and the protection of guardhouses with doormen and security guards. The Austrian Restaurant - Hansl - on the same street offers discounts to guests. The Costa Brava Club and Joatinga Beach are a 15-minute walk away, on the next street. From the entire neighborhood, there are beautiful views of the sea, the mountains (Pedra da Gávea) and Tijuca Forest and the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood. The Guest House is located in the garden of the main house, with tranquility and easy access to Barra da Tijuca and the neighborhoods of Leblon, Ipanema, Gávea, Lagoa and Copacabana. The garden has a swimming pool (optional heated = 30 reais/h) and a support area with a barbecue and exclusive bathrooms. The host couple, who live in the main house, will always be present and speak English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. They will be available at breakfast and at any time as needed by guests. Hopefully, families of hummingbirds, jacus, toucans and various birds will visit the balcony and the garden house. On Estrada do Joá, which connects São Conrado to Barra, where the entrance to the Condominium is located, there are buses to Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana and other neighborhoods in the South Zone, as well as to the North Zone (Maracanã and others). You can call a taxi or Uber at any time. It is practical and comfortable to have a car and parking is free. Guest access If there is a daily rate option with breakfast, it will be served on the balcony or in the main hall of the host's house, depending on the weather conditions. Guests also have unrestricted access to the gardens and leisure area with heated pool and barbecue. The entrance from the street is independent, with complete freedom of time.
