Hillcrest Farm is a lovely farmhouse inspired property with 5 bedrooms that has been recently renovated, and is just steps from Lake Placid Village. Enjoy the shops and restaurants on Main Street, Mirror Lake and its beautiful beaches and the Olympic Center is a short walk away. The home features a hot tub on the patio and is situated next to Kiwanis Teddy Bear Park (Basketball/Baseball/swings/sledding for the kids). There is a large side yard with a fire pit and plenty of space for lawn games. Bocce Ball is in the laundry room closet to use. The bedrooms are all good sized and the third floor is an excellent space for kids to have their own space. Large private balcony off the master suite for parents to retreat with views of Whiteface in the distance. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house, one on the first floor just inside from the Hot Tub off the kitchen and two on the second floor one is en suite to the master bedroom.
