Charming floating holiday house on Perućac lake

Wonderful floating holiday house for quite and private time directly above the clear water of the lake Perućac, famous for its green since placed on the territory of national park Tara. The house is placed on the floated (but anchored to the bank) terrace 8x8m, which has steps to enter the water directly. To reach the platform from the bank, a small boat is used. The house is meant to be used only as secondary habitat, because it is not equpted with neither electricity nor fresh water. The space The house is available only in warm seasons, for "dayover" sunbathing, swimming and BBQ. With this house you have a private access to the water. The house consists only of one room with two beds, in which could be slept, and a small kitchen front. Big table and the sitting area is outside and covered with a roof. Other things to note The location is 14km away from small town of Bajina Bašta and 4km from a village of Perućac. During the summer season, over the day there is a cafe-restaurant, as well as small shop 1km walking distance from a floating house.
