Mountain villa with pool 45 mn from Beirut

Only 45 mn from Beirut Airport. This 700m2 countryside villa was built with fine cut stones picked up from its own field. The land is divided into 3 different level terraces with a large swimming pool at the lowest level for more privacy. Each terrace has a unique and spectacular view over the mountain. After a hot day, feel the refreshing breeze at night coming from the valley. All inclusive : electricity, WiFi, water, AC, heating (see below for conditions) The space The villa’s guardian lives in a small house at the entrance of the property. His job is to clean the swimming pool and water the garden everyday according to your own convenience. He will also be in charge of checking in and out, and assisting you should you have any questions. Other things to note Air Conditioning is available in 5 bedrooms out of 6. We usually have about 20 hours electricity supply from the government. We have ishtirak for the missing 4 hours. Ishtirak will be used day time and this requires that all ACs to be switched off because the ishtirak supply can not meet the ACs demand. In case of a power cut during the night, we have a power generator which will switch automatically on to power the ACs. The rate includes: Per day : 1800 L of water, up to 20 L of fuel for the AC / generator from April to November, up to 50 L of fuel for the central heating / generator from December to March. These amounts are sufficient for 12 people when used in normal conditions (no doors, no windows left open). Extra water or extra fuel possible if requested, will be charged at market price.
