House with 3 floors and gardens of different kinds of vegetation, with an outstanding view to the Aegean sea. At ‘Falario’ district and spring, 650m away from the port of Kimi and the beach, 3,5km away from the picturesque village of Kimi, which is fairly called ‘Balcony to the Aegean’. The building is situated in a green area, with respect to its natural environment, combining the green colour of the vegetation with the blue of the sea. It can host up to 7 persons in cosy and convenient spaces. The space Guest house with 3 floors. At groundfloor A there is a living room with a fireplace and a balcony, a dining room, a wc and a yard with a traditional oven that gives the possibility of bbq. At first floor there are 2 bedrooms with one single and one double bed, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, and a big balcony. At groundfloor B there is a second living room developed as a play room with a library and a fireplace, that has its own independent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (with a door that leads directly to the garden), a laundry-storage room and a bathroom. Our collections of books, movies, toys for kids and board games are of course available to be used by our guests. Outdoors, there is a private garden with different levels. At one of them there is the private pool. You can also find a garden where you can harvest seasonal vegetables and fruits for your salad and your meals. Other things to note The pool is being maintained every 15 days by us. It is always programmed to the auto opperation mode for the clorium and the self maintenance. Though, during a reservation the extra cleanning and the PH measurement is up to the host as the house is located in the countryside and it is reasonable that when it is windy small leaves from the trees can fall inside.
