Small cozy house 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel

Come and discover this charming fully furnished barn less than 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel. Located in the heart of the village (Way of St. James) and close to the Château du Rocher Portail (5 Km), Château de Fougères (15 Km). St James Military Cemetery (10 km) Lovers of nature, flea markets and antiques, come and recharge your batteries in our barn and our small village where you will find all amenities. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: Fitted and equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A living room with TV, wood stove, board games, books, a small simple desk. No computer equipment. Upstairs: A large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet. Towels and bed sheets are provided. The sunsets over the surrounding countryside are exceptional. You can use the washing machine which is located in our cellar not far from the access to the barn. You can also access the vegetable garden and help yourself to vegetables and fruits when the weather allows them to be harvested :) You will enjoy a cozy terrace in the summer and you will settle in the living room to spend good moments cocooning by the fire in the winter... You can park your car in the private courtyard (fully enclosed property) or park on the street or in the surrounding parking lots which are free.
