The garden courtyard-side bedroom is so quiet that you can sleep well even with the windows open. With the included bicycle or tram you can reach 15 minutes in the city center. Free parking and various shopping (Edeka, Penny, Bäckeei, Rossmann, ice cream parlor, pharmacy) are right outside the door. The space The apartment is equipped with real wood parquet, electric shutters, 32-inch TV (cable connection) and a fitted kitchen. In addition to the free parking in front of the door and the free Wi-Fi, free bicycles are also available during your stay. Optionally, we can offer allergy sufferers a "Zepter" air purification free of charge. In addition, you can also rent an e-bike on site (15 euros/day). The kitchen is also very well equipped for a longer stay. There is a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, various cooking utensils and a Nespresso machine. In addition to a bathtub/shower, the bathroom is also equipped with a Miele washing machine and a laundry drying facility. Whether for your own bicycles or the apartment's own bicycles - bicycle parking spaces are available in the closed bicycle storage room in the basement of the house. Directly opposite is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore, bakery, ice cream parlor, post office and a pharmacy. The Environmental Research Center is within walking distance. Opposite the residential park is also the small "Volkspark" and only about 1.5 km away, ideal for walking or cycling, the 22 hectare "Mariannenpark." Other things to note Important note: After your arrival, you will also be charged the accommodation tax of the city of Leipzig. The accommodation tax is 5% of the overnight stay fee.
