There are numerous cycling and hiking trails through the 'Mecklenburg Switzerland' nature park to the nearby Teterower lake. A special destination is z. B. a boat trip to the historic Burgwallinsel with the ferry. You can also cycle to the Kummorower See, the Müritz and many small unknown lakes, with lovely swimming spots. The idyllic golf course in Teschow is just three kilometers around the corner. Many nearby, beautifully restored castles invite you to visit them. In Teterow there are restaurants, cafes, various shops, a museum and a gallery. Bakers, butchers and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance.
