Enjoy a clean and peaceful space! TWO BEDROOMS each has a queen-sized bed. One has a large walk in closet for your storage. You’ll have one bathroom (recently renovated) with sink, toilet and a full tub/shower. Fresh towels and linens will be provided as well as extra blankets (if needed). You have full access to the living room and kitchen, as well as a private backyard and patio to enjoy in the evenings or for an early morning hot beverage! The 2nd floor is off-limits to guests. The space *Guests with Identity verified AirBnb profiles are given priority for reservations *Check-in starts at 3pm *Check-out by 11am *Absolutely NO SMOKING inside this home! *Shoes on hard surfaces only; please keep shoes off carpets and rugs. *Food and beverages to remain in kitchen/dining area. No food and dishes in bedrooms or living room. *Wi-Fi password provided *ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS! *Parking spaces available in driveway; if your vehicle is leaking any fluids that will stain the concrete, please park on the street instead. *Guests will rinse any dishes used as soon as their use is finished and place in dishwasher. (You do not need to run the dishwasher unless it fills during your stay; host will do this after you checkout!) *Quiet hours from 10pm-8am (this is a family neighborhood, plus the other side of the townhome is occupied so keep this in mind) * All towels and linens provided are laundered with scent-free sensitive laundry products and Clorox. *Extremely stained or soiled linens will be charged to the guest as well as any significant property damage starting at a minimum of $150. *All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with Clorox and Lysol products. Guest access You will have full access to the main floor ONLY: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I ask that guests rinse any dishes you use daily upon finishing, place them in the dishwasher, and keep the living room tidy. Please remove shoes upon entry and turn off all lights and fans when not occupying a room or away from the house. During your stay I can be available to answer questions in the app, by text or phone. Other things to note Extended stays more than 2 weeks will have an additional cleaning fee of $150 (includes a weekly linen change- you need to keep up regular tidying for the stay). These stays should be booked under our second listing. Please have an identity verified profile. While you’ll have the house’s main level to yourself, the entire upstairs and other rooms will be inaccessible.
